Now I am about to move to my new place, Aunty requested that I stopped swimming for 3 months as it is dangerous to walk home on unfamiliar route at night and in winter, night comes by 5.00pm.
Lately I am also contemplating to stop it because the class has been regressing back to the basics for the N time due to teacher changes and student changes. This puts me in a loop of infinity noobness and I am getting tired. I love my old classmates but they have left one by one due to this frustration. There is just me and one other guy and he is quitting after this semester. Same reason.
I was also thinking to learn some yoga to increase flexibility. I can't cut my toe nails comfortably. Not to mention core muscles is weaker than my nephew. UGH! So to find time to practice it more regularly than just Saturday, something have to give.
If I quit, the only regret I have will be not learning the butterfly stroke fully. I am only able to do some dolphin kick. I mentioned this to the remaining classmate and he said, no worries, it's not a useful stroke. You never see people do butterfly when they are fleeing a sinking ship.
True. Although I admit swimming is one of the sports that I do love. Maybe I can just roll it back 2 days a week. Gotta work out if it's cheaper to remain as a student or quit and pay like a visitor.
Decisions decisions....
